We have a $95 minimum order for deliveries. We only deliver within a few mile radius of the City of Santa Monica. Please ensure the supplied recipient address and phone number is correct, as re~delivery will incur an extra fee (If this occurs we cannot guarantee same day delivery.) The initial delivery fee is $15.00, and an additional $20.00 for redelivery.
We are unable to accept responsibility for non-delivery if the address supplied is incorrect. We will endeavor to meet AM/PM delivery preference where possible. Specific time delivery request is not an option. The morning's first deliveries go out at 11 AM.
SAME DAY DELIVERIES: Orders for same day delivery, Monday to Friday, need to be received by noon: 12pm.
All orders placed for same day delivery will be delivered in the afternoon. Orders placed on the website after 12pm will be delivered the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be delivered on Monday.
Recipient “Not at Home”
Fleur santa monica is not responsible for deliveries if the recipient is not at the location at the time of delivery, and it is not okay to leave in a safe and shaded area. In the case of the recipient is not at the location, the courier will leave the gift in a secure place, a courtesy phone message will be left for the recipient. The recipient that answers the phone and is not at home will have a choice of re-delivery (at an extra charge) or a pick up. In the rare event that the recipient is not able to receive the florals within 48 hours the order will be considered fulfilled, no monies will be refunded.
All products are subject to availability, especially peak periods. In the event of any supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute with a product of equivalent quality and value without notice.
We cannot accept orders to be delivered outside our area. We are not a wire service and generally do not deliver past Beverly Hills, Malibu or Marina Del Rey.
In the unlikely event where the flowers received last less than 3-4 days or you are unsatisfied for any reason, please contact us immediately to discuss the issue. If the flowers have been disposed of~ we cannot assess the cause and therefore cannot arrange a replacement if necessary. The original arrangement and container must be returned to the shop to receive a replacement or refund.
